My passion for music, nature, and meditation began long ago, and through every stage of my life, those interests have continued to deepen and evolve. As an adult, my path has expanded to include mindfulness meditation with sound, herbalism, gardening, crafting, reiki, and fire spinning. Elemental Alchemy is a reflection of these passions; a space where they come together with the intention of building community, sparking meaningful conversations, and slowing down together.
